Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Alternatively, you can contact reception and they will provide you with the necessary forms and practice leaflet. A health check a member of our nursing team is required upon registering and reception will arrange an appointment for you.
You will be registered with the practice as a whole and will be assigned to the list of one of the partners. When making an appointment you may request a consultation with the doctor of your choice. Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
